Items for AOB must be submitted to the Secretary
in writing (e-mail is acceptable) 24 hrs prior to
the meeting.

There are three committee members
standing down. Geoff Homan, Paul Newby and
Dave Redfearn (Standing for re-election).
Nominations for election to the committee must be
submitted in writing to the secretary. There must
also be in writing agreement from the nominee that
they are prepared to stand for election.

Please note that the Accounts will be for Darlton,
Newark and Nott’s and Dukeries GC’s but will
not be available before the 10th May when they
will be offered for acceptance at the Darlton GC
Management Committee meeting. Copies will be
posted on the clubhouse notice board and on the
member’s page of the Club Website. Any member
requiring a printed copy must make the request to
the secretary in writing enclosing a stamp
addressed envelope (A4 size).
